Return & Refund Policy

WARRANTY

✔️  Our items come with a 2-day warranty against manufacturer defects.

✔️ IQOSHEETS-DUBAI.NET invoice number must be provided in order to proceed.

RETURNS

✔️ Within two days of purchasing the product, you can request a refund or exchange. After that time, the claim will be null and void.

✔️ To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, unused and unopened.

✔️ All Items sold cannot be returned unless.

REFUND

Once we get your goods, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. You will be notified through email if your refund has been approved or rejected after the item has been inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be executed via bank transfer or, in rare situations, cash. In the event of a rejection, the same products will be returned to your shipping address.

EXCHANGES

Only defective or damaged items are exchanged.  To exchange with the same item, send us an exchange request on support@iqosheets-dubai.net

EXCLUSION

The following are NOT covered and are excluded from this warranty:

• Tanks
• Accessories in general – Coils, Batteries, chargers, replacement glass etc.

Please remember, IQOSHEETS-DUBAI.NET warranty covers only factory defects. Any misuse, scratches, drop signs, misuse of batteries or chargers will void the warranty immediately.

IQOSHEETS-DUBAI.NET is not responsible for

• Abuse of any kind
• Dropping the device
• Scratches
• Force Majeure
• Items opened by another party
• Items covered by another warranty
• Products with repair attempts by someone other than IQOSHEETS-DUBAI.NET authorized service personnel
• Injuries of any kind resulting from use regardless of circumstance
• Issues and damage resulting from 3rd party (non IQOSHEETS-DUBAI.NET) software
• Issues arising from alterations or modifications
• Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.

E-JUICES

There will be no refunds. There are no returns. Taste is far too personal. Many e-liquids that some people love, others don’t, thus we can’t give you a refund or a return only because you don’t like the flavor. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Because we can’t tell if e liquids have been doctored or tampered with, we can’t accept returns of any e liquids, whether they’re unopened, unused, or still sealed, unless we gave you the wrong liquids in your purchase.

INDEMNIFICATION

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and keep IQOSHEETS-UAE.AE harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from or related to their use of the Site.

COMMON SENSE

Misuse, If an item is damaged because you didn’t know how to operate/maintain it or because you were “learning,” it is obviously not covered by any warranty. Vape gears aren’t like a new fridge, TV, or phone because their life span is entirely dependent on your knowledge base and whether or not you know the specs and capabilities of these devices. Vaping in general is a hobby, and you are expected to watch reviews, read tutorials, and do your research before placing an order.
